If no picture loads and you are still reading this message, the most likely cause is that you have Norton Internet Security running on your PC, and it is blocking the picture frame from loading. To avoid this, please disable Pop-up Blocking in Norton. In Norton Internet Security 2006, this option is accessed via the Norton AntiSpam tab. After that is done, refresh the page while holding down the [Shift] key (to force a full refresh).
One way to tell if Norton is nobbling the page - right click on the purple page footer and select View Source (Internet Explorer) or This Frame -> View Frame Source (Firefox). If you see function SymWinOpen defined near the top of the text, that is what NIS has inserted there. Once Pop-up Blocking is disabled, this text should no longer appear.
The pop-up blockers in the newer browsers (IE6 on Windows XP/SP2 and Firefox) are much more intelligent anyway, than the one in Norton.
